BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 13


City of Lockport

• DWI: Michael A. Clapsaddle, 34, 76 Ransom St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with felony driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and unsafe lane change. At 3:03 a.m., the patrol observed a traffic violation on Prospect Street. According to the report, Clapsaddle appeared to be drunk. He refused to perform any field sobriety tests.

North Tonawanda

• BURGLARY: Patrol responded to the report of a burglary at a new home build on Cortland Drive at 11 p.m. on Sunday. A witness said he saw three subjects at the house that was under construction, and he saw them leave with some type of property in their hands. The subjects drove away in a dark-colored Pontiac, according to the witness.

Town of Lockport

• GRAND LARCENY: Coins, a laptop computer and other objects valued at $1,022 were reported taken from a home on Pheasant Run between 11 a.m. and 4:40 p.m. Saturday. Missing from a bookcase in the living room was a glass wine decanter and a Nippon hand-painted vase. There were no visible signs of forced entry.
