• CRIMINAL TRESPASS: Trevor Garcia, 26, 5724 Glendale Drive, Apt. 6, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal trespass. A LaGrange Avenue man told police he arrived home from work and was informed by his daughter that Garcia was in the residence when she arrived home. The report said Garcia left before the man came home and is not allowed on the property. Garcia is due Wednesday in Lockport City Court.
• DWI: Amanda Bright, 31, 159 Prospect St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated. Police stopped Bright on Friday morning for reportedly failing to signal, but while talking to her, officers noticed she exhibited signs of intoxication. Police had Bright perform several field sobriety tests, all of which she failed, according to the police report. She is due Wednesday in Lockport City Court.

• GRAND LARCENY: A Keck Road man reported to police Thursday sometime between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., an unknown person broke into his apartment and took about $4,110 in property and cash. The report said the door had been kicked in and the apartment was a mess. The victim also found a set of pliers on the bed, which he believes were used to pry the door open. The stolen items included $900 in cash, a Sony Playstation 3, five video games, a carton of cigarettes, football jerseys, hats, a basketball and clothing. The case was referred to the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
• LARCENY: Kenneth Walker, 21, 137 Clarence Ave., Buffalo, was charged Friday with petit larceny. Police were called to Office Max on South Transit Road, where staff told police Walker was taking money by performing fraudulent returns through his drawer. The thefts are reportedly to have occurred from Sept. 22 through Oct. 5 and totaled $460.15.
