CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Andrew J. Williams, 29, 6557 Lincoln Place was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Sunday. The sheriff’s patrol responded to Lincoln Place for a neighbor problem at 11:41 p.m. The deputies were told that a man was out of control and breaking things. According to the report, Williams was smashing a fluorescent lighting assembly in the hallway. Williams took aggressive posture towards patrol, the report said, causing patrol to employ the taser and order Williams to show his hands. He was placed into custody. Bail was set at $ 250.
