DRUGS: Matthew J. Lequeux, 20, 255 Genesee St. was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Lequeux is scheduled to appear Nov. 20 in City Court.

HARASSMENT: Andrew Johnson, 57, 427 Niagara St. was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment. According to the report, Johnson's girlfriend told Lockport Police that during an argument he threw a pot of water at her and then grabbed her by the neck, causing her to fall to the ground. He told police that she tripped over their dog during the argument, causing her bloodied nose. Johnson is scheduled to appear Wednesday in City Court.

TRESPASS/MISCHIEF: Steven H. Foster, 33, 5793 W. Main St., Olcott was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief and false personation. According to the report, Lockport Police responding to a possible burglary at an Erie Street residence were told that the suspects were leaving a vehicle that was later observed driving on Corinthia Street. An investigation led to both Foster's arrest on the above charges and a driving while intoxicated charge against the driver of the vehicle, Michael J. Sherman, 30, 7148 Wheeler Road. Foster and Sherman are scheduled to appear Wednesday in City Court.

UNLAWFUL SURVEILLANCE: Zachariah M. Blackley, 21, Middleport was charged by the State Police with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a Class E Felony, and second-degree disseminating unlawful surveillance image.
