HARASSMENT: Nanci J. Sanfilippo, 16, 162 Lock St., upper apartment, was charged with second-degree harassment Monday night. A police report said the victim told officers Sanfilippo attempted to run away from home, and when the victim tried to stop her, the suspect punched the victim several times. An order of protection was requested against the defendant.
CHARGED: Lisa M. Potter, 32, 3315 Niagara St., Niagara Falls, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and obstruction of governmental administration. Patrol responded to Erie Street Monday night for a report of a fight. The victim told police Potter came to the residence drunk and refused to leave when asked. A police report said the suspect also attempted to destroy the victim’s property and tried to hit the victim.

ASSAULT: One inmate was reportedly assaulted Tuesday by another inmate while they were in the Niagara County Jail. There was no report of charges being filed.
