BLOTTER: Police reports published June 13


Town of Lockport

LARCENY: An 84-year-old Maplewood Drive man told sheriff’s deputies Thursday that someone stole his wallet and a Medic Alert necklace from his home. The man said a barber had come over to cut his hair, and he believes the barber may have stolen the items. The wallet contained $80 in cash and three credit cards, and the necklace was worth about $35, the report said.

Newfane

LARCENY: A Bayview Station woman told deputies Friday morning that she had friends over Monday, and after they left, she noticed $300 in cash and a prescription bottle of Subutex were missing from her home.

LARCENY: A Fuller Road teen reported Wednesday afternoon that someone stole his black iPod Touch, worth $250, from the weight room at Newfane Senior High School on Panther Drive.

HARASSMENT: A Wilson-Burt Road woman reported Wednesday that a Harrison Street woman has been threatening her via cell phone. The woman said the suspect threatened to beat her up the next time she saw her. She reportedly said she did not wish to press charges but wanted the threats to stop. Deputies spoke with the suspect, and she agreed to stop, the report said.
