DWI: Serhil Bundun, 18, 615 Rainbow Blvd. Niagara Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely and operation by unlicensed driver Monday. The Niagara County Sheriff's Department patrol responded to a reckless driver complaint on Quaker Road at 4:14 a.m. According to the report, Bundun said he was looking for his friend who was lost. The patrol could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Bundun failed field sobriety tests and registered .12 percent blood alcohol content. He was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $250 cash bail.
