HARASSMENT: Joseph R. Graham, 44, 62 5th St. North Tonawanda was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment Thursday. According to the report, Graham threatened the victim on Price Street in Lockport and she feared for her safety.

MARIJUANA: Phillip D. Fusara, 29, 94 Edgewood Drive, Buffalo and Michael J. Higgins, 36, 94 Edgewod Drive, Buffalo were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Tuesday. Sheriff deputies on Bike Patrol at Artpark detected a strong odor of burning marijuana coming from a wooded area near the venue. According to the report, Fusara and Higgings admitted to “smoking a joint” in the woods before the Steve Miller Band Concert. They were arrested without incident.
