DWI: Orlando Nunez, 47, 2665 Main St., Newfane was charged with driving while intoxicated, alcoholic beverage, operating without insurance and a parking violation Wednesday. Nunez was stopped on Walnut Street at 12:47 a.m. According to the report, Nunez had glassy bloodshot eyes and his speech was impaired. There was a beer bottle in the back seat. Nunez was vomiting and was transported to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport where he was issued an appearance ticket.
