City of Lockport

HARASSMENT: Brandi M. Mack, 22, 317 Market St., was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a   child. Lockport Police reported officers had spoken with a Barker woman who had come to Market Street to pick up her son.   The woman told officers she could hear Mack arguing with a man, and then began yelling at the woman. Mack reportedly grabbed   the woman by her clothes and started to struggle with her, with the child standing nearby. An appearance ticket was issued,   Mack will return to city court on Monday.

Town of Wheatfield

TRESPASSING: Jonathan M. McClain, 39, 180 Park Ave., Lockport and Christina A. Syphax, 35, 6289 Robinson Road, Lockport were charged with   trespassing May 26. Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies reported the two were stopped on Liberty Drive, reportedly riding an   ATV in an area near Doe’s Hill where a no trespassing sign was posted. Both were given appearance tickets and will return   June 19 in Wheatfield Town Cout.
