City of Lockport
ASSAULT:
Anthony J. Ervin III, 27, 8 Warren St. Buffalo was charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon   Wednesday. According to the report, Ervin punched and slashed the victim on Park Place on June 3. The victim was able to identify   Ervin from photo array and Ervin was arresed in Lockport a 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Ransomville
BURGLARY: A Balmer Road resident reported a 47-inch flat screen television valued at $850 and a 5-gallon gas can were taken from her   residence on Tuesday. Niagara County sheriff’s patrol believes the theft occurred sometime Friday evening when members of   family were at Ransomville Speedway.
 
Town of Lockport
PETIT LARCENY:  The sheriff’s patrol was dispatched to 3576 Lockport-Olcott Road for reports of larcenies from multiple vehicles on Lockport-Olcott   Road Tuesday. Sometime between midnight and 9 a.m., an unknown person broke into two vehicles. Two Dick’s gift cards and an   iPod Touch cord were taken from the center console. An iPod touch was taken from the second vehicle. The midnight shift responded   to Lockport-Olcott Road earlier for a break-in report. The  patrol requested periodic checks of the area.
