TRESPASS: Nicholas E. Joseph, 22, no address, was charged with trespass Monday. Police responded to a complaint at 4:30 a.m. and found Joseph sitted in a wooded area with a blanket wrapped around him near the caller’s property on Elmwood Avenue. He said he had no home and was trying to keep warm.
TRESPASS: Edwin R. Kiesinger, 17, 322 Plank Road was charged with trespass Monday. According to the report, Kiesinger was found sitting on a table in the back yard of a Jackson Street property at 6:30 a.m. He as wearing no shoes, appeared intoxicated and was disoriented. Kiesinger was taken to the Lockport Police Station and to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport.
CHARGED: Joel A. Stickney, 28, 263 Beattie Ave. Apt. 4 was charged with public lewdness. According to the report, the police observed Stickney standing in a parking lot of a store on South Transit at 2:30 a.m. Stickney was urinating on the south side of the building. Police confiscated the two throwing knives he had on his belt.
