DWI: Erin Horan, 24, 6491 Dysinger Road, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. Niagara County sheriff’s deputies received a report of a vehicle driving on a flat tire driving east on Dysinger Road. Deputies contacted the vehicle owner, a Ewings Road man, who said his daughter had the vehicle and was staying with Horan. Deputies reportedly found the vehicle when they went to visit Horan. The Ewings Road man arrived, and Horan let deputies in. According to the deputies report, Horan had a strong alcoholic odor on her breath and she admitted to drinking. Horan reportedly admitted to being drunk and driving alone in the vehicle. Horan also reportedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and had a 0.16 percent blood-alcohol count. Horan is due to appear Tuesday in Lockport Town Court.
