DWI: Angela N. Richardson, 27, 2798 Countyline Road, Middleport was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent. According to the report, a Niagara County Sheriff's patrol responded to reports of a reckless driver at the South Transit Road McDonalds. Richardson's vehicle was stopped and after observing an odor of alcohol they initiated sobriety tests, some of which she unsuccessfully performed. A breath test showed Richards had a BAC of 0.12. She is scheduled to appear Nov. 8 in Town of Lockport Court.
