MARIJUANA: Daniel M. Reeves, 30, 90 Wheatfield St., North Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana, passing a red light and speeding. Reeves was stopped for a traffic violation at 9:20 a.m. on West Avenue. According to the report, he admitted to having marijuana. The substance found field tested for marijuana.

POSSESSION: Alan R. Campisano, 29, 17 Wilson Parkway, apt. 3, was charged Sunday with failure to keep right, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, criminal possession of a hypodermic needle and criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to the report, the police observed a traffic infraction at 1:30 a.m. on Vine Street. Campisano allegedly had bloodshot eyes and his speech was slurred. His license had been suspended for failure to pay child support and he failed field sobriety tests. A hypodermic needle was found under his floor mat and there was an empty pack of Seneca cigarettes in the center console, which contained wax paper that held a white powder substance, according to the report. During booking, wax paper was allegedly found in Campisano’s anus, which held a white powder. The powder field-tested positive for heroine and was taken to the lab for further testing.
