Prisoner possibly linked to Lockport rape

A Lockport man currently incarcerated at Clinton Correctional Facility on an Erie County violation could be linked to a City of Lockport rape case, Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth R. Donatello said.

Marquis M. Hill, 27, is now facing two counts of third-degree rape against the victims who were less than the age of 16, Donatello added. Those crimes allegedly happened Jan. 18, 2009.

Donatello said a plea was previously given to Hill who rejected it.

Not guilty plea for Orleans County man in drug charges

John M. Moudy, 22, of Ridge Road, Ridgeway, pleaded not guilty in Niagara County to drug possession.

Moudy was charged in Lockport with fourth- and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Police said Moudy sold prescription medication to a police informant on several different occasions last year.

A Wilson man accused of selling drugs to an undercover police informant last Autumn pleaded not guilty to drug charges in Niagara County Court.

Roy F. Warner, 53, of Riverview Drive, was charged by Niagara county Sheriff’s deputies with third- and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Warner reportedly attempted to sell $200 worth of cocaine to the police officer on Nov. 10.

His codefendant, Sheri E. Perrigo, 42, of 17th Street, Niagara Falls, pleaded guilty last week to the same charges.
