PETIT LARCENY: Debra J. Rivers, 48, 311 S. Niagara St., was charged Sunday with petit larceny. A caller reported that his watch, valued at $100, was taken by Rivers, and an alleged witness said Rivers had the watch.

PETIT LARCENY: A Lincoln Avenue man reported Saturday that eight cartons of “Smoking Joe” brand cigarettes were taken from his unlocked motor home. The victim said a neighbor alerted him that two juveniles entered the motor home and removed a plastic bag containing the cigarettes.

DWI: Charles W. Sherman, no age and address available, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. At 2:30 a.m., the patrol was dispatched to the vicinity of Lockport-Olcott Road at Hatter Road for an intoxicated driver complaint. The complainant was following behind the suspect’s vehicle on Lockport-Olcott Road. According to the complainant, the vehicle passed him at a high rate of speed and swerved into oncoming traffic and proceeded to the shoulder of the road. The patrol saw the vehicle on Ide Road and turn into a driveway on McClew Road. According to the report, Sherman appeared disheveled, had slurred speech, had bloodshot/glassy eyes and had a strong odor of alcoholic on his breath. He failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of .13 percent.

POSSESSION: Tonya M. Ackroyd, 19, 6959 Academy Lane, Lockport, was charged Dec. 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana.

POSSESSION: Tiffany A. Perez, 18, 275 Locust St., Lockport, was charged Dec. 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana.

HARASSMENT: Dawn McDermott, 40, 6493 Dysinger Road, Lockport, was charged Jan. 2 with second-degree harassment.
