Car into house - man into jail
A Snyder man faces a six-count indictment tonight after he drove his truck into a Comstock Road home while he was drunk, a report form the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said.
Charles J. Trautman, 51, 4923 N. Harlem Road, Snyder, was charged with second-degree burglary and criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content over 0.08, and failure to use a designated lane. -
Wilson man in fair condition at ECMC
A 40-year-old Wilson man who was injured in a truck accident Saturday afternoon on Wilson-Cambria Road was moved to a regular room in the Erie County Medical Center and is listed in fair condition.
