JOE EBERLE/STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER Lockport, NY - The Ulrich Business Park on Davison Rd will be the site of the Nelson Hopkins Apartments, a senior housing complex. The project is slated to be completed by spring 2010. Among the participants breaking ground are, from left, Jane Hopkins, the widow of Nelson Hopkins which the facility is named; Mike Mallia, Assemblyman Jan Corwins chief of staff; Deborah Van Amerongen, Commisioner, NYS division of housing and Community renewal; Jim Ward, Executive advisor to Senator Maziarz; Mike Anthony, M&T Bank and Milissa Acquard, Chief operating officer.
